Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with indoor whirlpool, 40 m² roof terrace with views over Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra relaxation area with relaxation loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is just a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

The villa Traumschlößchen 100 m vom Strand is located in Ostseebad Heringsdorf and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

In our beach house villa built in 1903, this apartment with conservatory is on the ground floor. The completely barrier-free apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 1 large bedroom 1 small bedroom 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed 1 conservatory as a dining area :-)! The beach, 120m away, measures 5 km.

Duplex apartment designed for up to 5 people. Parking space is included in the price. The apartment is located right on the Promenade, close to the beach entrance. This is our guests' favorite location.
