I booked Heiko's place for my work colleagues. Communication with Heiko was extremely polite, straightforward and fast. We needed a place to stay very quickly the night before for the next day. Heiko got it up and running for us at very short notice, which worked out! We received helpful information in advance for the arrival. The apartment was clean, cozy and superbly equipped. My colleagues felt very comfortable. We thank Heiko for so much effort and for the opportunity to accommodate my colleagues there at such short notice!
