“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca è un tranquillo e silenzioso appartamento situato in una posizione strategica:dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle sue bellezze architettoniche, dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo all' E45 Perugia Prepo,all'Arena S.Giuliana e alla clinica Villa Fiorita.Di fronte casa vi è il parcheggio gratuito e a pochi passi vi sono le fermate dell'autobus.E' quindi ottimo per le famiglie ma anche per chi viaggia per lavoro.Sono graditi gli amici a quattro zampe

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
