Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Schanzenviertel, auf dem Schulterblatt. Hier seid ihr gleich mitten im Geschehen. Neben der Roten Flora, in Nachbarschaft zu vielen Bars, Cafés und Kneipen. U- und S-Bahn sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kiez ist fußläufig und die Innenstadt, Alster und der Hafen quasi um die Ecke.
