If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, also the arrival time does not matter. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat ca. 30 m², eine Dusche + WC sowie einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit integriertem Küchenbereich und ist besonders gut für Paare und Dienstreisende geeignet. Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

KuDamm Apartment w/ rooftop terrace, pool & sauna

Diese Wohnung besticht nicht nur durch ihre besondere Lage direkt am KuDamm, sondern verfügt auch über eine großzügige Dachterrasse mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna zur Mitbenutzung. Alle Zimmer sind schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche wurde mit hochwertigen Miele Geräten ausgestattet. Prinzipiell gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten und die bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer kann auch zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert werden. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Room/duplex & pool in the countryside off Berlin

Sit back and relax in my lovingly decorated duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renewed), a 4 x 8 m pool with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Landidylle

Pure relaxation amidst animals, meadows, fields and forests. Situated in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, lamas, donkeys and cats. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, one could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 persons). There's a sauna house out there, too.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers plenty of space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. We also have a pool and whirlpool (covered outside) and it is included. Please contact us in advance. 😊

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. Relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here in the lovingly landscaped greenery you will be awakened by birdsong. In nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the lido. You can also swim in your own pool. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to a very good connection.

Charming guest house not far from Lake Zeesener

The guesthouse "The Pines" is located on the edge of the forest in Senzig and only 1 km from Lake Zeesen. Perfect for slowing down, recharging or sitting in Berlin at the meeting in 45 minutes. The perfect base for exploring the area or to enjoy the magnificent nature. Newly furnished in 2022 and completely renovated in 2024, the apartment is located on an extensive property with direct forest access.

Aaron’s Artsy Home in Berlin

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. The buildings architecture is a true "turn of the century" example.
