Til huset og lejemålet hører egen stor privat have med terrasse og indgang via smuk gårdhave. Efter aftale kan der være adgang til sauna - dette skal aftales særskilt. Stedet er kun 5 minutter til havet og 10 minutter til den hyggelige by, Præstø.
