The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance hall, connecting living room, and kitchen with a wood-burning stove, bedroom, and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim all year round while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and from the bedroom there is access to a smaller roof terrace. Carport with room for 2 cars and 3 parking spaces. There are also 2 kayaks that can be used for sailing on the fjord.

“The Farm” - Stay with animals and beautiful nature

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The garden has relaxation in hammocks, rent in a sandbox, and a playhouse for the little ones and several benches around to enjoy the sun. We have many animals that you are always welcome to meet, including petting pigs, chickens, ducks and rabbits. It is possible to pick berries and flowers in the self-pick garden as well as buy excess from our kitchen garden in the road stall. It only takes 1 hour by car or train to Copenhagen city center.

The beach cottage is an older but super cozy "lady" Enjoy the lovely beach, which is just at the end of the gravel road. Relax with family/friends. Let the children swim and play safely at the child-friendly beach. Cozy house with a nice relaxing atmosphere and really nice and sunny terraces.

Huset ligger på en 35.000m2 vild naturgrund, omkranset af høje træer, så man har oplevelsen af at være alene i naturen, sammen med gårdens mini-grise og får. Til huset og lejemålet hører egen stor privat have med terrasse og indgang via smuk gårdhave. Efter aftale kan der være adgang til sauna - dette skal aftales særskilt. Stedet er kun 5 minutter til havet og 10 minutter til den hyggelige by, Præstø.
