The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

The apartment "Amalie" is on the second floor and is about 40 m². The apartment has two rooms. The apartment sleeps up to four people, with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living and kitchen area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. You will also find a TV system, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is a shared sauna in the attic.
