The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

Pölkentor vacation home

Welcome! Our apartment Pölkentor is located in the souterrain of our residential building. It is about 45square meters, spread over the bedroom, a small bathroom and a living area with kitchenette, sofa bed, dining table and TV. There is a seating area just a few meters in front of the entrance. The garden with playground, playground equipment and barbecue can also be used. Downtown is 10 minutes away. We are a young family with four children and look forward to seeing you soon:)

Hexenstube apartment in Panoramic Hohegeiß

It's not just the witch who lives in the witch's room ;-). Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a small town, just outside Wernigerode (5 minutes). Beautiful walks in the field are also possible. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping options. The large living/cooking area is spacious and invites you to linger. You won't want for anything. This apartment was newly created and furnished at the end of 2023. A bike path right outside the door leads directly to Wernigerode. Public transportation is 100 meters away.

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

The apartment "Mathilde" is located on the first floor, is about 45 square meters and has two rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a rainforest shower and toilet. The apartment on the first floor offers sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people: 1 separate bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment house has a shared sauna.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. There is a toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also at the disposal of all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The "bedroom" - apartment in Hahnenklee

In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
