Enjoy the sunset over the Kattegat from the terrace! The house is located on one of Rørvig's most attractive areas, with great views of Kattegat- Flyndersø. Sunny plot with great views of the sea and meadow, with horses walking and grazing. It is 500 meters to the Kattegat with bathing and fishing. The area in front of the house is a nature 2000 area with a very rich bird life, just a place for ornithologists. From the house there are lovely walks to Korshage or beautiful Dybesø. At the harbor in Rørvig the children can fish for crabs

Lovely newly renovated cottage, nice and well maintained with all necessary amenities, located on a large natural plot. The house is within walking distance of both Rørvig town and Nordstranden, which is Rørvig's best beach. It is bright and beautiful, with lots of windows and views of the forest/nature from all sides. A new bathroom was established in 2021, with a shower and washing machine. The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

The cottage is ideal for families with children and couples who want peace and quiet and to be at one with nature. From the house, it is only 50 meters down to the beach with perfect swimming opportunities.

For enden af vejen på en uforstyrret grund ligger Skovhytten omringet af gamle høje træer, idyl og vild natur. Med en solrig terrasse, stor plæne og en gårdhave med petanque bane og badeskur, er der rig mulighed for at nyde naturen i rolige omgivelser. Huset ligger centralt i toppen af oddsherred i en lille skjult perle omringet af søer og marker. I gåafstand til min Købmand og et hyggeligt streetfood område, 2 km til stranden ved Klint og 12 min. kørsel til både Rørvig og Gudmindrup strand.
