Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above Lake Schmachter. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
