The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
