It is located on Boulevard Saint Germain between Odéon and Mabillon metro stations. With an area of 36 m2, it consists of a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a small bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR ACCESS and WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. Check-in times can be changed if possible. Ask.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg
The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!
