Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

In the historic heart of the Marais, 2 mn away from the Picasso museum, walking distance to the Seine, Notre Dame, Ile St Louis, Centre Pompidou ... Located on one of the most exciting street of Paris full of shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers. Please note that there is no actual kitchen, only a microwave, mini fridge and espresso machine

Cozy 2-room apartment, very close to the metro.

You're very welcome to stay in my apartment in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. It's where I live, so if you're looking for an authentic apartment that doesn't look like an impersonal rental, you'll be delighted! The street is quiet, with an unobstructed view. You're just a stone's throw from metro line 9, tramway (T3B) and a 15-minute walk from Nation (lines 1, 2, 6, 9, RER A). Please note: a cat often stays in the apartment when I'm there. Let me know if you have any allergies.

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.

Comfortable duplex in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.
