Located in the historical center of Paris, this Art-Deco inspired apartment is an experience on its own. High above the Paris rooftops it offers a panoramic view of the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur and the hill of Montmartre. Tucked in a small street within walking distance from Paris's biggest attractions; the Louvre Museum, the Seine river, Opera and in one of the trendiest neighbors of the City of Lights, with plenty of restaurants, boutique hotels and chic bars. Note there is no AC in the apt.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg
The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Welcome to our charming neighborhood where restaurants, bars, multiple shops rub shoulders almost at the foot of our small building between the lively market of Rue Lévis and the pretty Batignolles neighborhood with its picturesque square with century-old trees, not to mention of course the famous Parc Monceau. The studio is in a quiet passage on the first floor overlooking the courtyard (easy to climb stairs). Bus and Metro: -Bus 94/28/31: 3 min walk. -Metro 14/3/2: 4/7/11 min walk.
