Cozy guest house of 50 sqm in beautiful and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. There is a sea view and 200 meters to the sandy beach and forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, an armchair and a TV. If there are 5 of you, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby cot and high chair. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Welcome to Strandlysthuse 75 – an exclusive and intimate cottage with direct access to nature's most beautiful scenery and the calm waters of Kerteminde Fjord. This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from the Swan Kitchen.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Rolig beliggenhed ved vandet Privat badebro Terrasse med panoramaudsigt Strøm afregnes efter faktisk forbrug. Elbilopladning indgår i faktisk forbrug. Drømmen er en Finca på en bjergside i det sydlige Spanien – et fantastisk sted med plads til nærvær og gode stunder hvor afslapning og selvforkælelse er i fokus… …Indtil den drøm kan gå I opfyldelse har vi fundet det næst bedste. En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Private and quiet guest house with private bathroom and kitchen

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. Jeg hilser ikke på som vært, medmindre det ønskes af lejer. 4 sengepladser Dobbeltseng: 180x200 2 senge: 120x200 Rengøring, sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet. Opvaskemaskine og gulvvarme Området er naturskønt, og der er mulighed for mange gode gåture.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
