Cozy guest house of 50 sqm in beautiful and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. There is a sea view and 200 meters to the sandy beach and forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, an armchair and a TV. If there are 5 of you, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby cot and high chair. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax in this unique and quiet home, located just 25 meters from the water's edge. The house is decorated with calm Nordic trends, which give the home a feeling of being at home in familiar surroundings. There is a cozy corner close to the fireplace, and there is also the possibility to sit with creative tasks, or open the computer at the house's desk in the hallway. The skylight window in the kitchen, with its open/close function, gives you the opportunity to hear the sound of the water when the weather allows it. A house to be experienced!

By arrangement, a washer and dryer. Enclosed courtyard and possibility of parking in carport. By arrangement, it is possible to charge at Clever charging box. Close to the square, the harbor, the beach, the marina, if you like golf, Great Northern Golf, or Spa and Wellness are within a short distance. Price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Private and quiet guest house with private bathroom and kitchen

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. Jeg hilser ikke på som vært, medmindre det ønskes af lejer. 4 sengepladser Dobbeltseng: 180x200 2 senge: 120x200 Rengøring, sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet. Opvaskemaskine og gulvvarme Området er naturskønt, og der er mulighed for mange gode gåture.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
