The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. The 3rd person on a sofa bed in the living room. The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
