Nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Unweit vom Fürstenhof beginnt der Nationalpark Jasmund (UNESCO Welterbe) mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen durch das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet.
