Cottage on the water's edge

Cozy family summer house right down to the beach. In the house there is room for 6 adults and 1 child, during the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located down to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here is ample opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, sharp catch and a beat mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. During the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

WATERFRONT COTTAGE ON MOLS

The cottage is located on the sea on Helgenæs, which has been dripped by Djursland. 25 minutes from Ebeltoft, 1 hour from Aarhus. Behind the main house there is a large annex with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living room. If both houses are used, DKK 1400 will be paid in cleaning. The DKK 900 for the main house is included in the price. The remaining DKK 500 will be charged upon departure, in which case that the annex is used. Bring your own: linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, etc. Power is charged separately upon departure.

Small summerhouse (34 sqm) of 10,000 sqm of scenic land with forest and with direct access to pebble beach at Sletterhage Lighthouse on Helgenäs. A peaceful oasis in scenic surroundings. The house is small with bedroom, kitchen-living room (with two breezes) and toilet. It is best suited for 2 people, but there may well be two children on the tiles in the kitchen. Good opportunities for angling and great walking and biking. Approximately 7 km to shopping and 20 km to Ebeltoft.

Stauns 10 C with hanging wagon

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.
