Modern self-contained apartment at the south end of beautiful quiet countryside property. 2 rooms with 2x90 cm beds as double bed in the garden room and 1 140 cm double bed plus good sofa bed in the ground room. Kitchen with modern facilities and 5 dining places, as well as small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing area. Lovely views of the garden and fields. Fire pit, hill with a view, 850 meters to beautiful beach. We have chickens, beekeep and eco-farming on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

We can now welcome to a newly renovated apartment here at Klæbjerggaard. We can offer 2 sleeping places in the bedroom and sleeping space on a loft that connects to the living room. There is a nice big kitchen and private bathroom/toilet. From the apartment you can enjoy the lovely nature and you are welcome to use the fire tent, play tower with slide, swings in the trees and it is possible to borrow a weber grill and TV. Great walk/bike route in the area! Please feel free to contact for questions. The place must be experienced!

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

Er du til smukke skovrige omgivelser, vil dette passe dig. Huset ligger på en naturgrund skærmet af høje træer og med markerne i baggrunden. Den modsatte vej er der ca. 400m til lille uforstyrret strand. Har du prøvet at bo i et containerhus før? Vi byggede vores elskede sommerhus i 2018 af tre gamle skibscontainere. Huset ligger som en kubistisk hobbithule på en vild grund i det dejlige, rolige Vesterløkken.
