Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Davide è gentile e attento e l’appartamento molto pulito. Posizione centrale utilissima per chi, come noi, desiderava trascorrere una serata in centro a Suvereto (borgo delizioso) senza il pensiero di dover prendere poi l’auto. Torneremo! 😊

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.

We stayed a few days at Diego’s place in San Vincenzo and really enjoyed the location — just 50 meters from a beautiful, quiet public beach with calm water and few people. The apartment is simple but spacious. The bed was quite soft, we would have prefered a firmer matress, but it was fine for a short stay. It’s within walking distance of the town center, and there’s a lovely little garden area shared with Diego, although we didn’t use it. Diego was very kind, gave us helpful local tips, and even helped us rent a bike. Thank you!

Jag bodde i Flavias lägenhet tillsammans med min mamma. Vi har haft fantastiska dagar och Flavia är en utomordentlig värd. Allt från fint välkomnande, extra service, fin lägenhet, vacker omgivning... Vi fick hjälp både innan och under vistelsen med lokala tips på allt från restauranger, sevärdheter etc. Jag rekommenderar varmt att besöka Massa Marittima och kommer då mer än gärna bo i Flavias lägenhet igen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Marina genossen. Zwei Liegen, Sonnenschirm und großer Esstisch vorhanden. Es gibt auch noch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Der Kontakt zu Gabriele war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist hervorwagend und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

Andrea und Marta sind professionelle, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber, welchen es wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Umgebung mit dem Pool und der Aussicht ein Paradies! Herzlichen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt! Absolute Empfehlung 😁

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Andrea verbracht. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig, sehr ländlich gelegen - genau das richtige für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Apartment hält das, was die Fotos versprechen. Super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit tollem Ausblick aus jedem Fenster. Andrea und sein Sohn Lorenzo sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Der Check in und Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft 👌🏻

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr erholsam. Der Garten ist groß und ruhig, da kann man gut entspannen und wenn’s zu heiss wird in den Pool springen. Maria und Rodolfo sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns super empfangen. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch gut das Meer oder schöne Städte.

Der Aufenthalt bei Raisa war unfassbar schön. Die Unterkunft und insbesondere die Aussicht ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Raisa hat sich wahnsinnig viel Mühe gegeben uns alles zu angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Hunde (Saila und Yango) sind Mega knuffig, der Pool ist toll und das gesamte Anwesen echt malerisch. Mit dem Auto sind schöne Städtetrips etc. gut machbar und wir würden uns freuen irgendwann nochmal wieder zu kommen.
