The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Summer house by the water's edge & forest edge

Listen to the water splash and watch the sun set over the treetops. Here you have 80 meters to the water's edge and 200 meters to the forest. It calls for morning baths in the waves and forest walks with the children. The house is aimed at both those who appreciate a well-designed and cozy setting - and for families with children. Three bedrooms; two bedrooms with double bed (180 cm), one with bunk bed for children or adults under 175 cm. Including an uninsulated annex, which can be used from about April to October. Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

The kitchen has all the essentials you need. There are bed linens, towels and dishcloths. The loft is private. No dogs allowed.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
