Our place is in an amazing turn of the century house located right opposite the park. Oak flooring, 4 meter stucco ceilings complete the look of this 200 sqm rarity. The apartment is filled with art and unique interior and features a balcony, a nice patio playground and a Berlin-rarity - a working fireplace. Prenzlauer Berg is around the corner as well as public transportation to the city center. 5 guests means 3 grown ups + kids. If you are more grown ups we might have to add a surcharge

Liebe Gäste, meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im ruhigen Falkensee .Der angrenzende Falkenhagener See lädt im Sommer zum Baden und im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen ein. Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa and a single sleeping sofa chair. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.

Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
