Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
