Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Fancy a break with lots of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Rebuilt/renovated in 2020, our house is located in a beautiful garden. Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Das Gästehaus am Zuckerhut befindet sich in Altensien, ein Dorf mit Reetdächern. Im UG befindet sich ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, eine Küche mit kleiner Sitzecke und ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch. Im OG, welches mit der Treppe zu erreichen ist, ist der Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett & 2Einzelbetten versehen. Nach einem Tag am Strand kann gerne gegrillt werden. Wir freuen uns über Familien, Paare & Freunde, die die Insel erkunden und die 7 Fahrminuten entfernte Ostsee erleben wollen!

Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Vacation home in quiet camp in Binz on Rügen

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Holiday home "Matrose" at Jasmunder Bodden - 7 people

This cozy house is located directly on the "Kleiner Jasmunder-Bodden" and invites you to spend the most beautiful days of the year here. It offers you two separate bedrooms as well as a children's sleeping and play floor, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 shower / toilet rooms. A private garden area with a barbecue and seating is available to you. In the large communal garden, a children's playground and a fireplace await you.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
