Im Erdgeschoß erwarten Sie eine private Sauna, ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Küchenbereich sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich mit Panoramakamin. Eine riesige Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb und Lounge und Esstisch lädt zum entspannen ein.

Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

With two bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of space to sit together and relax, the house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The garden and terrace are south facing and completely quiet. Garden furniture, loungers, barbecue, beach chair and bicycles are provided. A tourist tax will be charged on site according to local fee regulations!
