Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seneca

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

Very nice host and home

Ben was a great host. Check in and check out was easy, he was helpful and responsive. The area is walkable and quaint. The home is clean and comfortable. We had a perfect first night but the second night was met with rowdy neighbors upstairs. This is out of the hosts’ control but be prepared that it is a lower level unit and subject to loud neighbors.

This was my second stay at Rivendell! That should tell the whole story. They did a wonderful job creating this beautiful get away!! My son was graduating from Clemson & we were only 6 minutes from his condo. Location was great for us! Everything we needed was in the apartment…iron & board, washer & dryer, stocked kitchenette, comfy bed & great linens!! We had our truck with us to bring all my son’s belongings home. The only negative was a tight driveway & turnaround (cars are fine) & the sign on the road was a little difficult to see. Highly recommend this lovely apartment!! Thanks Vernon, Maria & Dinah!!

Lauren and Tyler were wonderful hosts and the interior is cozy, organized, and has many heartwarming and thoughtful touches that made staying at "Base Camp" a joy! Outside there is convenient parking and a walkable neighborhood for our pups with happy, active, well cared-for kids and an older friendly neighbor to chat with. Lauren and Tyler shared suggestions for local sites and restaurants -- along with the scent of a fresh spearmint plant on the way to be planted in their garden and gave us a beautiful lily blossom that we enjoyed during our stay. At nearby "Pizza and Then Some" drive thru pick up the pizza was yum! Lauren and Tyler were welcoming, helpful and thoughtful all through our visit! Thanks so much!

I can’t speak highly enough about this incredible spot… Just a perfect little place to stay in the quaint little town of Seneca. We spend a lot of time in Clemson and will be staying here every possible chance. Super impressed with everything! So many details thought of! Felt right at home! 10-STAR

Has a fabulous week at the condo, which is so close to the lake.... The most peaceful and relaxing place to stay..... We had a good time at the pool and enjoyed the local area. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Deborah was a great host.

Had an amazing stay. Estee is very friendly and super responsive. Both are very respectful and want to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Estee gave me fresh eggs to make breakfast with. I highly recommend staying here.

My wife just said this is her favorite place we’ve stayed at in the Clemson area and we’ve going down for four years. Peaceful location, went kayaking and hung out on the dock. Very comfortable beds as well. Quick drive to campus and having a Publix one minute away was a great added bonus making everything that much easier to plan and manage. Cathy was great, and proactively answered any question I could have had when she initially reached out to me. It was a great stay!!

This is the second location that we have stayed in owned by Jose. We have loved staying in both of his places. He is so easy to communicate with and always responsive to any questions we may have. Should we return to the area, we will certainly try to stay in one of his places. Always great to work with!!

We had a lovely stay in Lauren's home. You feel like you're living in the Brady Bunch house! Classic 1960s everything. The beds and seating were all very comfortable, and we enjoyed the abundant decks, the hammock, the kayak, the TV... the kitchen had everything you could want, and we appreciated the extra bag of ice and cans of sparkling water they left for us. We highly recommend it. If you're more noise-sensitive, we recommend the downstairs bedroom, which is insulated from the noisier/brighter open layout of the upstairs.

Great place to stay and very clean. Esther even had a plate full of cookies waiting on us. Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay! House had everything you needed to be comfortable. Lots of linens and kitchen items available to use. Huge property filled with trees, many places to sit outside and listen to the birds. The house is very big and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely stay here again, as we visit SC every year. Thank you for having us!

Great location on the water. Close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. Large dock and deck with lots of chairs/tables. Large house with lots of space to have privacy when wanted, but also hang out together. Weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t take advantage of the kayaks, marina or hikes in the surrounding state parks. There was a binder listing local restaurants and the local waterfall hikes available.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s the perfect get away on the lake for big groups. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. 10/10 recommend!!

Glen’s place was perfect! Instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. Close to the lake and surrounded by a bunch of great amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend a stay at Glen’s.

This was a perfect place to stay for my nephew’s graduation from Clemson. The place was nice, clean and was a perfect distance to school. It was also walkable to the all the shops and restaurants around Clemson. Thank you for a great stay!!

We booked Benjamin’s place for my son’s graduation from Clemson. The four beds and two baths worked well for our group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and stocked with kcup coffee. Note: there are 44 steps up to the apartment and we picked up air fresheners because the place had an odd smell. If you’re taking an Uber, you have to walk out to the apartment complex next door for pickups.

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.
