Huset har 3 soveværelser foruden en god lys hems. Der er bryggers med egen indgang samt gæstebadeværelse, pejs, og varmepumpe.

The house is located on a quiet street, a 10-minute walk to Roskilde Fjord and 20-30 minutes to Copenhagen by train/car.
