It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. Fisherman's house from the 60s located on a quiet residential road just 8 minutes walk from Skagen city center The house was renovated in 2017 and now appears bright and functional, with a new large kitchen/dining room/living room and 3 large rooms. In 2024, a new bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water were established The house is pulled forward on the plot, thereby creating a closed garden with several sheltered corners. On the south side of the house there is a newly built and covered wooden terrace with heat lamps that extend a cool summer evening

Our vacation home is the perfect setting for your vacation in Skagen. Close to the city (~900 meters/~10 minutes walk) but still on a quiet and peaceful road. The townhouse has a fantastic and completely private south-facing terrace, where warm days and cozy evenings can be enjoyed. Inside, the townhouse is beautifully decorated with a lovely kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed, a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom and a small entrance. There's room for two cars right outside the door. Bedding and towels can be rented.

Our architect-designed A-house was built in 1971. Back then, it was surrounded by fields and meadows. Today, you still have a view of the scenic Old Skagen with dunes and meadows from the bedroom. At the same time, it is only 300 meters to the North Sea. In the summer season, Old Skagen is a well-visited tourist destination, but the house is set back, so it is still possible to enjoy the holiday in private surroundings. Regardless of the season, Skagen offers a wealth of beautiful natural experiences. We hope you will enjoy our little 'pearl'.

The cottage has several terraces where you can always find a spot in the sun and in the shade. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and in the summer months one in the Annex in the garden as part of the wellness area. The beach has the finest sand and is very child-friendly. The house is located directly adjacent to a very large heathland area with fantastic views of the heath and dunes.

The house's large glass panels create a picturesque scenery, where the clouds drift across the sky and draw the sunset into the house.
