A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse, is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements of the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed- most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of older date, which has been continuously renovated.

The apartment has super delicious kitchen, living room and dining room in one. The kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment. Bath with soft drinks and two-person massage spa. Two bedrooms. The private courtyard faces southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Only 12 km from Aarhus C, our summerhouse is located in lovely Cutting. Across the road is a small forest and the beach and the sea 700 meters from the house. The cottage is very bright with sliding doors from kitchen, living room and a room out to the large wooden terrace with pizza oven, gas grill and garden furniture. There is a lovely outdoor spa and trampoline in the garden. There are a total of two rooms in the house with double beds (160 cm wide). Have fun with the whole family in this stylish space.

Welcome to our family summerhouse, just 25 meters from the nice sandy beach. The house is fitted with big sauna and spa. Located only 6 km from Otterup, where you'll find shopping. City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels. Bookings made after May 10, 2025, include 25 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption is settled upon departure at 3.00 DKK/kWh.
