You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Located on a wooden terrace overlooking the stream in the garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility and peaceful surroundings right outside your door. The tent is bright, spacious, and inviting, with plenty of room for both relaxation and spending time with family or friends, all while surrounded by Højgaard Forest. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Find the coziness and tranquility when you stay in this nice, newly renovated home. Good access via road 453/461. Nature is right in the backyard, as the house has land directly to the Gudenåen. For those of you who enjoy fishing, hiking, cycling or rowing in a canoe/kayak but want a real bed and a hot shower after an active day. Sit by the fire and pitch your tent by the river. The apartment is on the 1st floor and was thoughtfully and beautifully renovated in the spring of 2023. Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, etc. are included in the price.

It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.
