There is a private entrance under a small tree, pots and a coffee-latte bench in front. It is a quiet, sunny, one-way street, with a view down to the lakes at one end of the street and the Botanical Garden's greenhouse at the other end of the street. 2 minutes to the Stantsmuseum for art, large park Østeranlæg. 4 minutes walk to Nørreport station/metro.

A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
