A secluded oasis in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant , local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach.

Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
