The house has a lovely living room with a loft for kip. Large wooden terrace around the house that allows to enjoy the view of the bay or in over the bridge land. The cottage area is located on Broager land in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful walks along the gendarme path and castle and forest in Gråsten.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the seafront and the Gendarm Trail. The apartment is on 1. Sal in a master mason villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation, where there is room for up to 4 people. As a starting point, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help with this. We will charge a small fee for that.

In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.
