Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy the cozy atmosphere – perhaps with a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and the open fields.

Nice Annex with kitchen and ocean views and beach. There is fibernet. Close to Helsingør city and Kronborg. There is a bed of 160 by 200 cm. There's TV and Chromecast. Table and 2 chairs. In the kitchen there are basic kitchen utensils. Small fridge with freezer, 2 hobs, combined microwave and oven. There are towels and bathrobes. There is air conditioning. Use the “mode button” on the remote control to switch between “heat” and “air conditioning”. Please close the window when in use.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

The home is situated 700 meters from Øresund when you want your morning swimm. The station is 3 min. walk away and the train takes you dirctly to Copenhagen within 40 min. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
