The apartment has its own entrance, room with 3 beds, small kitchen and private bathroom. Small garden with a view of the town's beautiful medieval church. We have 1 km. to the beach and we are close to the beautiful cycling and walking routes on Ærø. We can make breakfast for you by appointment.

Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.
