The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, we live in the opposite end in the living room. It contains: 1 toilet with shower, a kitchen with stove/oven, hood, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator with small freezer. The kitchen contains all the service you need. 1 bedroom with double bed, dresser and clothes rail. Living room with TV, 2 armchairs and sofa (which is also a sofa bed). Kitchen, dining area, living room and "entrance" are all in one. In the living room, there is a TV with DVD and Chromecast, and of course you also have access to the Fibia network.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room.
