The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

South Zealand offers a sea of opportunities such as, Knuthenborg safari park, Candy land, Møns Klint, Forest Tower, Goose Tower, Island animals, Crocodile zoo, Lalandia etc. NOTE: This stay is especially suitable for families with children, as we have 3 sweet and social cats that you are allowed to stay with. Bring the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for fun and games. The house is located right on the outskirts of the city in quiet surroundings, with trail systems leading to the city and Lake Maribo. The house has a large enclosed garden with a large terrace that can be enjoyed in the sun all day long. Plus a trampoline, pool and soccer goal. The house itself contains 4 good rooms (1 bedroom, 3 rooms) Open-plan kitchen and living room. Large bathroom and a guest toilet. As well as an outdoor room.

Beach apartment.

We rent out our cozy apartment, which is a separate part of our house with its own entrance. Only 50 meters to the shoreline. The apartment is 45 sqm and adjacent to it there is a patio of another 50 sqm with ping pong table. Large garden with both evening and morning sun and access to a large child-friendly pool of 40 sqm. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. Parking. Nature offers proximity to nice forests and seas and only a 10-minute walk to the beach restaurant and Höllvikens tennis club.

Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. Our fantastic cottage house is perfect for a relaxed and extremely cozy holiday in Southern Denmark. The original farm is from 1870 and the main house is from 1957. The house has a real cottage feeling. Situated on a 10.000 sqm big ground there are plenty of room to take a deep breath and relax. The ocean is just 1 km away and we have a wood-fired hot tub in the garden. The house has 130 square meters of living space. Remember to bring your own sheets, linens and towels.
