It's a very cozy house. We enjoyed our stay. The sauna can fit 2/3 people comfortably, but more than that is too tight. The location is great, it's at the same time private and also close to grocery stores, the beach, and coffee shops.

We had a great stay at this summerhouse! The pool and all the other amenities – including sauna, outdoor areas and kitchen – were really high quality and everything worked impeccably. The atmosphere and setting were perfect for a cozy and relaxed getaway with friends. The only small minus was that you had to bring gas to the grill yourself, which came as a surprise to all of us. It would be nice if it was mentioned more clearly in the description. All in all, a wonderful experience – we would love to come again!

We spent a wonderful week at Bryans place with our three kids, who just learned or were abour to learn how to swim. Because the large pool was heated we couldnt get them out of the water, it was amazing. Since the garden had big hedges all around and a sunny terrasse it was just the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The house itfelf is gorgeous, since it is actually someones home it is lovely decorated and especially the kitchen misses nothing, which really sets it apart from "tourist only" places. Bryan was always extremely friendly, answered every question and made everything very easy and smooth. Veddelev itself is very nice and quiet, you can walk to a little beach with a pier, the water there is clean and shallow at first, which is again, very kids-friendly. All in all we had a great holiday and hope to visit again soon.

A lovely and cozy house. Everything is well thought out and very convenient (though a coat rack at the entrance would have been helpful, but we managed). It’s great that pets are allowed—we stayed here for New Year’s so our dogs could have a break from fireworks. There really weren’t many fireworks around. Thanks!

We stayed at Rikke and Andreas' place for 1 week. The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Sorø. The location is very central and therefore many things were super accessible. It was superbly equipped. In the kitchen, for example, nothing was missing. There were also a lot of toys available (our son was thrilled) The highlight was of course the heated pool & jacuzzi. Together with a grill and some outdoor toys, the perfect mix for everyone. The beds were also very comfortable. In the master bedroom even with box spring bed and children's room with high bed. Communication was also great. Rikke & Andreas responded very promptly. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation! We will be happy to come back :)

We had four wonderful days in Luise's beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated house. Large garden property, very private. You can take very nice walks with magnificent views along the coast. We enjoyed the time very much.

Beautiful, clean and cosy house in peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the station with direct and frequent trains to the centre of Copenhagen. Local, well-stocked supermarket less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's place! The place was just as charming as described – quiet location, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Especially nice was the possibility to take a canoe and rowing boat directly from your own property to the water. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much love for detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including well equipped kitchen, freezer and barbecue. And even little extras like firewood were available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

We found the house in Greve to be beautiful and relaxing. Lots of wonderful views, easy access to the beach, not far from the S-Bahn (with free parking), so easy to get to the city center. Only got food in Greve once, but that was pretty good (pizza).

This extremely creative, stylish and tastefully developed old farm building exceeded our expectations. There are surprising details to discover everywhere in the house, and you feel very comfortable. We hiked on the Kollerberg headland, which is nearby. There are also some nice places by the sea. From there, we continued to Trelleborg to the ferry, which is easily doable in an hour and a half by car. The kitchen was very well equipped, also with some relevant food, and tea. I hadn't experienced that in other accommodations. Communication with Jenny was quick, friendly and smooth. We felt very comfortable and were sad to have booked only one night.

We have been very good in accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few days near Copenhagen, very good communication with the center and with supermarkets and places to dine very close by. The views are breathtaking and the little things to improve were communicated and talked to the owner, thank you for everything Morten!

We were 5 women in the cottage and had a wonderful stay. Nice bright house with plenty of space and lovely beds. Easy and fast communication with the hosts. We'd LOVE to come again.

Perfect place for our family of 4. Everything was as described. The area was quiet, cozy, and easy to get around. The house was homely, well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Felix was very friendly, easy, and quick to communicate with. Huge recommendation and we would love to come again.

I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Morten's summerhouse. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garden is large and private. On top of that we loved the styling of the interior. There are two ferries to the island, we only used the one to Hammer-Bakke. It runs every 20 minutes and only takes 6-8 minutes to cross. At ±€15,- for a return ticket it might sound pricey but the convenience is absolutely worth it. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Copenhagen but want a calm and quiet place to stay, surrounded by some beautiful nature. I can't recommend this place and Morten enough, we'd love to return someday.

Anna’s place was amazing☺️! We were sad to leave as we would have loved to stay there for another week or more! She was super quick to respond to any questions we had before and during the stay, and had very helpful information. The check in and out were also flexible, which helped us greatly. They also gave us lots of tips as to what to do nearby and in Copenhagen city centre, and were all around much more accommodating than most! We loved the place greatly and are definitely coming back! 🫶🏻 Perfect place to stay for both those who have come to Farum or Copenhagen before or for those who have never been to Denmark, as we were😍

Freja’s place was amazing! We really enjoyed being able to unwind and relax. The house has everything you need and more! We especially enjoyed the paddleboards and access to the lake. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Everything looked exactly as shown. There was more than enough room for my parents, my partner and I, our teen, and our toddler. Secluded like we like, but close enough to nearest store. Easy to get taxi to and from airport, and public transport was easily accessible for in between trips to Copenhagen. Responses were quick for any questions. Hosts were great and so was the property. Would return!

Really a beautiful location right on a (swimming)lake surrounded by a large garden with different seats. The house (part of a larger house where the host himself lives) is located in a quiet area, is equipped with every comfort and modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was super clean, extensive kitchen and two nice bedrooms. For the smaller children a small foosball and fishing nets. Two sup boards and a rowing boat are available for larger children (and adults!). Both a gas and charcoal bbq can be used. At 8 min by car several supermarkets and gas stations. Great base! The host responds kindly, quickly and helpful.

Delightful stay in a beautiful sustainable small house in a community housing area near Vaerlose. Pretty garden on back deck. Stayed here because we were taking a weekend seminar at the Badminton stadium. Absolutely loved our stay and only regret we didnt actually spend more time there. The double bed has a good mattress, although it’s not very large, and we found it more comfortable once we pulled it out from the wall a few inches. Everything we needed was available and Stinne was very quick to respond to questions. The location would be ideal if you had a car - we didnt, however found Uber to be reasonably quick (allow ten minutes due to semi rural area) and the drivers very friendly. You can walk to the bus stop but we chose to Uber as it was quicker. Great insight into a different style of living.
