The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Holiday home Stralsund/Devin

Dieses im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin, unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!
