The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Dieses, im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau. Free Internet access (Wi-Fi), NETFLIX. Pet-free non-smoking house.

The Villa am Mägdebrunnen is one of the oldest houses in Stralsund and is located right in the historic old town center. The historic layout is very individual and stylish and makes the old town stay a real journey through time. The interior staircase connects all rooms with each other and has been preserved in its original condition. The storage rooms under the roof now shine as a living room with a gallery.
