It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Die kleine Gästewohnung im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses liegt in einer bevorzugten Lage von Stralsund mit Blick auf den Strelasund und die Insel Rügen und direkter Anbindung an den Ostseeküstenradweg. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

Welcome to Fiete Fischkopp’s apartment! The old fisherman has moved out and left his home to you – cozily furnished with many creative and unusual details. The apartment is located in Stralsund’s historic old Town with all its charm. The train station is just 400 meters away and various restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Nearby you will also find the city’s churches, the Maritime Museum and the famous Ozeaneum.

Our holiday home is 40 sqm in size and has been laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of bicycles is possible.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
