On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. In a few square meters, we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken advantage of every square meter. Here you can take walks in a rural environment or just relax on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

There is a cozy nightlife and close to grocery stores. Smooth connections to central Malmö but also to Hyllie and Copenhagen. The detached cottage of about 20m2 is located in our garden with its own entrance and patio. 24-hour free parking is available on the street in front of the cottage.
