Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house there is free wifi, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, good with storage, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette as well as an espresso machine. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Close to swimming jetty (600 m), beach (Klagshamn 3 km) and bus stop (100 m) The guesthouse has a 140 cm wide bed, an armchair and toilet and sink. There is also Wi-fi and a kettle. There are bicycles to borrow. About 10 minutes by bus to Hyllie, and about 30 minutes by bus/train to Copenhagen airport. Note; only cold water, and no shower/bath. Best suited as an overnight apartment for short periods.
