The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Naturoplevelser i topklasse med 300m. til skoven og 2 km til Danmarks bedste badestrand. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Der er udgang til terrasse med udsigt over hestefolde og skoven i baggrunden. Der er egen indgang og adgang til hyggelig gårdhave med spa. Der 1 km til Herfølge station som har hurtig tog til Køge og København. 4,5 km til Køge golfklub.

Vores skønne sommerhus med plads til 8 personer udlejes om sommeren (når vi ikke selv bruger det. Max 4 udlejninger). 4 soveværelser, 4 gode senge og 2 badeværelser. Dejlig lukket have, skøn stor udestue med spiseplads, strandgrund med badebro (300 m) her er plads til hygge ved borde. 2 soveværelser er i lille anneks. Ligeså det ene badeværelse. Terrasse og grill. Desuden overdækket terrasse med lounge møbler. Solvogne til 6 pers. pt. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper.

The bathroom is older and has no shower, but a hand shower at the sink. The house is located in beautiful Strøby, close to the beach. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance and shopping within 4 km. The house is under renovation both outside and inside. Bed linen and towels are available in the house.
