The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. Badeværelset er af ældre dato og har ingen bruseniche, men håndbruser ved vasken. Huset ligger i skønne Strøby med tæt til stranden. Cafe og restaurant indenfor gåafstand og indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 4 km. Huset er under renovering både ude og inde. Der er sengelinned og håndklæder til rådighed i huset.
