Wonderful house my in Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

An extremely cozy wooden cabin with ocean view, with a calm and welcoming feel to it. All though it's very close to the main road and therefor easy to get to and from, it has a completely secluded placement on our land, makes you feel enclosed in the beautiful nature. The sunset can be enjoyed from the little porch, accompanied by birds, (dears and hares if you're lucky) and life can only be great in such moments... We look forward to welcoming you in our favourite "hytte" <3

Tejn Harbour - Lovely all year house with seawiews

Nicely furnished house with seaviews situated just at Tejn port. 6 beds and 2 guestbeds allows comfortable sleeping for upto 8 persons. The house is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Just 100 meters from the house you can bath in the ocean from a latter on the clifs. There is a lovely terrace in the garden with sea view, garden table with 8 chairs and corresponding cushions. There is a covered patio where you can sit if the weather is boring.
