Hyggja - Cozy and charming cottage in idyllic Sydals - only a 4-minute walk from a child-friendly beach. Here you get the perfect setting for relaxation with both a wilderness bath under the open sky and a lovely, warm sauna. Indoors, a crackling wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings. The house has 3 inviting rooms with room for a total of 6 people. In addition, the cottage is well equipped with both a dishwasher, heat pump and washing machine, so the comfort is top-notch throughout the stay.

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

A cozy old, low-ceiling house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closet and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. No pets allowed.

With love, we made sure to use the space most efficiently to create the best experience for you. *Heated and warm in winter 🙂

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Dejligt, stort sommerhus med indendørs sauna og et aktivitetsrum. Ferieboligen er på 150 m² og er bygget i år 2020. Ferieboligen er beliggende på en 1260 m² stor havegrund. Der er 1000 m til havet og dejlig strand. Nærmeste forretning er beliggende i en afstand af 2500 m. Prisen er ekskl. strøm og vandforbrug. Strømpris: 5 dkr. pr. kWh. Pris for vand: 90 dkr. pr. m3 Huset er fuld opvarmet med gulvvarme. Ingen udlejning til ungdomsgrupper, hvor alle er 15-25 år.

Cozy comfortable wooden hut invites you to relax after a bike tour in beautiful nature on the Schlei. The Viking bike path goes right past the property. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. Possibility for coffee or tea preparation is available. Bedding, towels, eco-friendly pillows included

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
