Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Cottage of 120 sqm in 1st row overlooking the Great Belt. - The house has 5 good bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a bunk bed. - Wifi 200/200Mbit and TV package. - The house is heated on arrival. - Pellet stove with available pills can be freely used. - Including linens, towels, tea towels, etc. - Key box code to be provided prior to arrival. - Smoking and pets are not allowed. - Charging of electric car is not allowed. - Electricity is charged separately to 3,00 kr/kWh.

Private guest annex with bath and toilet. Exit to private fenced garden/patio, equipped with gas grill. There is a small fridge, electric kettle, toaster, electric radiator. Wifi, BT speaker and TV w chromecast. There's not an outright kitchen - for info for longer stays. Access to shared beach area - 430 m to the water's edge (key used). Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Close to lovely bathing beach. Child-friendly beach with nice sandy bottom. The cottage has a lovely large plot with room for play and fun. Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Heating, electric radiator, air/air heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Vacationing in the Old School

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. Short distance (1,5 km ) to lovely beach, possibility to put boat in the water. The water is Svendborg healthy. Close to the Archipelago Trail which, among other things, is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the lovely South Funen archipelago.
