In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the 50" smart TV or read your favorite book in the rocking chair. Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.
