The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
